We provide dynamic workshops for parents, teachers, organizations, and students on topics related to student learning, achievement, and Executive Functioning.  Past participants have used terms like "creative", "engaging", "practical", and "transformative" to describe our workshops.

Meet our Tutors

Sue Kayser

Sue holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University.  She brings 15 years of tutoring experience, serving students of various grade levels and learning styles.  Focused on math skill development and test preparation, Sue provides an energetic and stimulating environment to enhance students’ understanding of mathematics, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, and Trigonometry.  Sue is a patient and sensitive teacher for all of her students and has supported those with ADD/ADHD, depression and anxiety.  She achieves positive results by utilizing strong planning, organization, communication and follow-through.

Linda Kirk

Linda holds a Master of Science in Education from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Drama from Bucknell University.  She has over thirty years of teaching experience, with credentials in Special Education (Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing), a multiple subject credential (K-8), and a single subject credential in English, and has done individual tutoring for the last nine years.  Throughout her career, Linda has taught students with a variety of learning styles in many subjects.  As part of her teaching, she incorporates time management, organization, and study skills, to help her students achieve their learning goals.  Linda helps her students identify their personal strengths and gain the self-confidence necessary for success. Outside of her teaching, Linda has appeared in local theatre productions – both dramas and musicals.  She also has two Australian Shepherds that she enjoys training.
